Common questions
Do I have to approve every post?
No. You get a preview email every Sunday. You can edit or skip anything within 48 hours, and anything you leave alone publishes on schedule. TikTok asks for a quick one-tap approval on each video, which we build into the same email.
Who checks the dental information?
Each month's topics start as fact cards reviewed by a licensed dental professional. The writing tool can only rephrase those approved facts for your practice and town. It isn't allowed to add new health claims, and an automated check flags anything that drifts.
Will my posts look the same as another practice's?
No. Every post is written separately for each practice, using your name, location and services. Practice Pro members can also lock their zip code so no nearby practice uses FlossFeed at all.
Do you need access to patient information?
No. FlossFeed only uses your practice details and office or team photos. You confirm you won't upload patient photos, and we never connect to your patient records.
Which platforms do you post to?
Essentials covers Google Business Profile, Instagram and Facebook. Practice Pro adds short videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts. Instagram needs a free Business or Creator account, and we walk you through switching if needed.

What does the monthly report show?
Google profile views, calls, direction requests and website clicks from your Google Business Profile, plus reach and engagement on your social posts, compared with the previous month.
